How to prepare Summer-Dinner without cooking
Sweating over the preparation of hot meal in summer isn’t neccessary. Our strategy: assembling, not cooking!
Cheese should be the center of your no-cooking meal. Treat yourself to a selection of gouda, mozzarella, brie and edamer. Also cream cheese coupled with a few aromatic herbs is great and simple.

Fruit and Vegetables
A hot summerday is perfect to get in those vitamins. Cucumber, carrots and bell pepper are not only cunchy but perfect to dip into hummus or guacamole! In addition, serve a few slices of watermelon and some grapes.

Baguette, Focaccia, Ciabatta – everybody loves carbs. You could also go with crackers or breadsticks but those may not be suitable to dip into olive oil. Nevertheless, this will bring back memories of that holiday in Italy a few years ago…

Take a look into your refridgerator or pantry: nuts, olives, hard boiled eggs, pickles, jams and chutneys might all be tasty in addition. There is no impossible combination!

It’s time to assemble your meal: put your cheese, dips, a few slices of bread and the vegetables on a plate. Serve oil and mustard in a bowl on the side and pour yourself a glass of wine – there it is, your dinner without breaking a sweat!
