Ginger-shots – The little all-round booster

Forget about Matcha Latte and green smoothies – now ginger shots conquer Instagram and Co! The little drinks do not only look trendy, they are also packed with vitamins and therefore a secret weapon for colds by boosting your immune system. We have three tasty recipes for you which will definitely make you fall in love with ginger shots.

Ginger-Pomegranate-Shot

  • 2 (blood) orange
  • 1 lime
  • ½ pomegranate
  • 1 thumb-big piece of ginger
  • honey (optional)
Preparation
  1. Press the limes and oranges. Juice the pomegranate seeds and the ginger in a juicer. You can optionally also blend them.
  2. Mix all ingredients in the end and serve in little glasses.

Ginger-Physalis-Shot

    • 1 piece of ginger 5 physalis 1 lemon

 

Preparation
    1. Peel the ginger and juice it together with the lemon. You can alternatively blend it.

 

  • Juice the physalis as well and mix it with the other ingredients.

 

 

Ginger-Curcuma-Shot

  • 1 orange
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 thumb-big piece of ginger
  • 1 Spiele of curcuma
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Preperation
  1. Squeeze the orange and the grapefruit.
  2. Juice the ginger and the curcuma or alternatively blend it.
  3. Mix all ingredients together and add the coconut oil.
